Parent Accounts, Athlete Information, & Safety
Elevate Volleyball Academy provides youth sports programs and therefore maintains information about minor athletes. Athlete profiles and registrations are intended to be created and managed by a parent, legal guardian, or other adult authorized to register the athlete.
Children should not independently create accounts, register for clinics, or submit personal information through our website.
Medical, allergy, and emergency information provided by parents or guardians is used for athlete safety and program administration. When reasonably necessary, relevant information may be shared with coaches, staff, authorized volunteers, emergency responders, or others involved in protecting an athlete’s health or safety.

Payments
Payments made through our website are processed through WooPayments, which works with Stripe as its payment processing partner.
Information necessary to process a transaction may be shared with these payment services. Elevate Volleyball Academy does not directly receive or store complete credit or debit card numbers or card security codes on its website.
We may retain transaction information such as the amount paid, payment status, transaction identifier, refunds, and limited payment-method information as necessary to manage registrations and business records.
