These Terms & Conditions apply to registrations, purchases, and use of the Elevate Volleyball Academy website. By creating an account, registering an athlete, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced below.
Clinic Registration
Clinic registration is subject to availability and is not complete until the registration and required payment have been successfully submitted.
Registration is made for the athlete selected during checkout. Parents and guardians are responsible for selecting the correct athlete, Academy, clinic date, and registration option before completing a purchase.
Clinic registrations may not be transferred to another athlete unless approved by Elevate Volleyball Academy.
Monthly Clinic Passes
Monthly Clinic Passes are valid only for the athlete, Academy, month, and clinic dates identified with the pass at the time of purchase.
A Monthly Clinic Pass reserves a space for the registered athlete at the included clinics. Missed clinics, cancellations, credits, and other adjustments involving Monthly Clinic Passes are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Monthly Clinic Passes may not be shared between athletes or transferred to another athlete unless specifically approved by Elevate Volleyball Academy.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of online registration unless otherwise stated. Prices are those displayed on the website at the time the registration is completed.
Online payments are securely processed through the payment services available at checkout. Elevate Volleyball Academy does not directly receive or store complete credit or debit card numbers.
Cancellations, Credits, and Refunds
All cancellations, credits, refunds, transfers, no-shows, and clinic cancellations are governed by the Elevate Volleyball Academy Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing that policy before completing registration.
Athlete Eligibility and Participation Requirements
Athletes must meet the eligibility requirements for the Academy or clinic for which they are registered.
Required waivers, safety acknowledgments, and other participation documents must be current before an athlete participates in a clinic. Participation is also subject to the applicable Participation Policies & Waivers, including the Participant Liability Waiver & Medical Authorization, Youth Sports Concussion Information & Safety Protocol, and Parent and Athlete Code of Conduct.
Elevate Volleyball Academy may restrict or discontinue an athlete’s participation when necessary for safety, failure to follow program policies, or conduct that significantly disrupts the clinic environment.
Parent or Guardian Responsibility
The adult creating an account or registering a minor represents that they are the athlete’s parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise authorized to register the athlete and provide the required information and acknowledgments.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and current information, including athlete information, emergency contact information, and relevant medical or allergy information requested for safe participation.
If important information changes, the parent or guardian is responsible for updating the athlete’s information or notifying Elevate Volleyball Academy.
Clinic Schedules and Program Changes
Elevate Volleyball Academy may adjust clinic dates, times, locations, coaching assignments, or other program details when reasonably necessary.
If Elevate Volleyball Academy cancels a clinic, any applicable rescheduling, credit, or refund will be handled according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Website Accounts
Parents and guardians are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts.
Information submitted through the website must be accurate and must not be used for fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful purposes.
Privacy
Personal information collected through the website is handled according to the Elevate Volleyball Academy Privacy Policy.
This may include parent contact information, athlete information, emergency and medical information, waiver records, registration information, and transaction records necessary to operate the program.
Changes to These Terms
Elevate Volleyball Academy may update these Terms & Conditions as the program, website, or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with the date of the most recent update.
Terms that applied to a completed purchase will not be retroactively changed in a way that materially reduces rights associated with that purchase.
